10+ years of experience in the valuation field and project consulting, I am a Government Approved Chartered Valuer (F.No.CCIT/Hyd/34AB/Immov.Prop/SL.No.49/2021.22) and a Government Approved Valuer under both Rule 15 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015, as well as section 34AB of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 (DIN & Order No. ITBA/COM/F/17/2021-22/1037592368(1)).
I am also an Approved Valuer under section 77(1) of the Black Money Act (Registration No. 01/Pr.CIT/VJY/2022-23,DIN.ITBA/COM/M/17/202223/1048857545(1)). I hold life memberships with The Indian Institution of Valuers, The Institute of Appraisers, and the Confederation of Engineers & Appraisers, and am a Fellow of The Indian Institution of Valuers. Additionally, I have earned advanced valuation qualifications from RICS, further strengthening my expertise in the field.
